Return & Refund Policy

MXR Wholesale is committed to ensure everything in its website and services reaches your satisfaction. For Return issue(s), you can contact us at dealer@maxpeedingrods.com, and/or refer below:

1.MXR Wholesale's Return (or Exchange) & Refund Policy

Please allow us 2-3 weeks of processing time for exchange or refund. In most cases, MXR Wholesale will process the refund in direct cash within 7 working days directly to Buyers after the refund request has been successfully approved by both MXR Wholesale and the seller.

However, in specific cases, a shopping voucher will be input into the Buyer's account. Please contact our customer service for direct clarification.

Note: For non-manufacturer quality issues, we do not accept returns. Please refer to Section 3 for details. Requirements for a Return & Refund Submission to see if you're eligible for returns or refunds.

2.Seller's Return & Refund Policy

If you are a third-party seller (customers who have joined the drop shipping program of MXR Wholesale, most of the sellers in MXR Wholesale), you sell MXR products through other channels. Please refer to section 3 when consumers have related returns and exchanges. Return and refund submission requirements to see if consumers are eligible for returns or refunds. If so, you can contact us at dealer@maxpeedingrods.com

If you are ordering from a third-party seller and you need to return or exchange the goods, you need to communicate with the third-party seller first, and the third-party seller will communicate with us the specific matters of the return and exchange. We currently only support the return and exchange of third-party sellers and wholesalers.

3.Requirements for a Return & Refund Submission


We support returns and exchanges within half a year if the package is not opened.
Returns: the customer is required to bear the freight + 15% depreciation expense of product price
Exchange: The customer is required to bear the freight twice (The shipping cost from the customer to us + the shipping cost from our side to the customer) + 15% depreciation expense of product price

We also support the return and exchange of any quality problems within one year. The shipping cost is borne by the user first, and we will refund the shipping cost after approval.

You may request for a return and refund due to any of the following reasons:

  • Product quality issues:

1) Buyers need to provide pictures or videos to show the problem.
2) The round-trip postage is borne by us.
3) Please allow us 2-3 weeks of processing time for exchange or refund. Our mechanic will check every returned item. After inspection, if it is a manufacturing defect, you will get a replacement or refund within 24 hours.
4) If you are not satisfied with our products, please contact us first, and then express any comments. We are committed to ensuring that you get the highest quality products and services.

  • Transport damage:

We only use Parcel Force, Royal Mail, DPD, UPS, FedEx and DHL top service transportation companies. Please check the package upon arrival. Please do not sign for any damaged packages. You are responsible for signing the delivery yourself and inspecting the package before signing anything. If you find that the package is damaged, please immediately ask the delivery person to submit a shipping damage claim. Please also give us your shipping damage case number, and we will help you get compensation from the shipping company as soon as possible.

  • We shipped the wrong item:

1) The returned goods must be kept in their original condition.
2) The buyer must contact the sales representative within 7 days after the item arrives
3) Once we receive the return, we will be responsible for giving you a full refund or sending you a new product.
